Q. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule a measurement, go to their home and go over what they're wanting to remodel and grab measurements of the area while discussing what they are looking for in the remodel, from there we send over a 3D rendering for them to take a look at and decide if it embodies their idea/inspiration. Once they are happy with their rendering we create a quote. After they accept the quote we order the cabinets. While we wait for the cabinets to come in, we encourage the customer to choose their countertops, tile, flooring, hardware, anything needed for the remodel. Once all materials are in, we start the project with demolition and move on from there to completion.
